The staff at Kelly are always fantastic. The customer service should be used as a best practice standard for all Cadillac dealerships. The quality of my vehicle is where my problem lies and that is not the fault of the dealership. As a matter of fact they have gone out of their way to keep me happy when I am completely disgusted with the car.

I bring my car for service to Kelly every...
I bring my car for service to Kelly every time something needs done. Regardless of warranty or not. The staff is so personable and what is amazing is Graham was reporting an issue to me and remembered that a year ago the car ran over a box spring on the highway. Kelly has been my service location since the closing of Lehman on Grayson Road in Harrisburg many many years ago. I would recommend anyone to have their vehicle serviced at Kelly especially if you like the personal touch.

We were very happy that the car was picked...
We were very happy that the car was picked up, repaired and returned to us in time for us to leave on vacation. The issue was immediately after the car was dropped off I went to pack the car and discovered the hatch strut had become defective (no fault of Kelley). I ended up driving the hour to the dealership that night because I needed to leave for vacation the next morning. Upon arrival I was greeted by the Murphy's and Mr. Murphy immediately got the Tech and the problem was immediately resolved(5 minutes). My only big disappointment was the car was returned to me with hard water spots all over it and obviously was not washed. I admit the car had pollen on it but did not expect it to be returned with obvious spots on it. The good news was that after picking up my parents it rained all the way to South Carolina so it was dirty anyway. The staff has always been friendly and was a pleasure meeting the Murphy's and I appreciated the Technician staying after hours to correct the issue. I have since cleaned my garage out to accommodate the vehicle so it keeps from getting dirty. Thanks to all at Kelley

2008 CTS w/35,000mi regular scheduled service and recall for headlights waited during service which was exactly on time and length of time. Courteous, nice wait room, and offer to shuttle to wherever I wanted to go. Car washed and ready to go Will definitely consider buying next vehicle there.

Had Cadillac ElDorado serviced and were happy to be warned that needed new tires before making our trip. We moved here three years ago and have been very satisfied with the friendliness of your techs, their knowledge and willngness to help where needed. I have only been disappointed when they wash the car--does this not include vacumning the carpet??? Best part are the BAGELS--I think you have the best in town. Thanks-a very satisfied customer.

Our company leased several vehicles of which the SRX was one of them. I have not yet had the opportunity to drive the SRX but I can speak to the process I was involved in with Kelly Cadillac. My first impression of the dealership was with the warm and friendly personality of the Owners. It's not often you get max exposure to the people at the top of an organization but at Kelly they really treat you like a member of their extended family. Then I was able to visit the showroom and it was very impressive and showed the pride of the cadillac brand. The staff have made the process very easy for us and have gone out of their way to provide excellent customer service. We look forward to a long and happy relationship with Kelly cadillac.
