Be careful if you're going to have your car serviced. Be sure they mention their "diagnostic fee" before you agree for service. They will tack that on afterwards. Customers should be informed of these "professional diagnostics fees" before agreeing to have work performed. Is it the service advisor's responsibility or the owners?
